What zip code do I enter on the “Make a Payment” page?

This will be the zip code that is associated with the policy, which may be different than the credit card billing zip code and the zip code on your invoice.

My policy number does not fit in the space provided on the “Make a Payment” page?

Your policy is broken into two parts, the policy number and the policy term.  The policy number is a 9-digit number that starts with 3 letters, followed by 6 numbers (i.e., SBP123456) and the term is a two digit number (i.e., 01).   On the make a payment page enter the 9-digit policy number, and then hit the “tab” key to get to the drop down box where you can select the policy term.

I tried to process an online payment and I got a message saying that the transaction is up for review, and to call your department.  Why?

The most common reason for this is that the address entered does not match what the credit card company has on file for the card.  Please ensure you are entering the billing address associated with the card, which may be different than the address associated with your policy.

Where can I find information about my policy online?

Specific information related to your policy is currently not available online.  Please contact your agent if you have policy related inquiries.  If you have payment/billing related inquiries, please call 1(888)704-1384, option #3.

What is the difference between EFT, e-check and ACH payments?

All three payment types are very closely related.  ACH (Automated Clearing House) generally refers to direct deposit or other electronic payments.  An EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) is a term that refers to any computer-based system used to perform financial transactions electronically, including ACH and e-check transactions.  An e-check is a paper check that is converted to an electronic transaction (EFT) at point during the transaction process.
