Sequoia Insurance Company is known for providing excellent claims service to all insureds. Every claim is assigned to an experienced member of Sequoia's Claims Department. There is no call center. Workloads of Claims Department staff are carefully monitored with claims allocated to ensure our agents and policyholders a timely resolution.
Sequoia's Claims Department staff is trained to find solutions that are fiscally responsible and that consider all exposure liability and damages. Claims Department staff resists all claims without merit.
The Claims Department staff consistently maintains contact with insureds throughout the claim process, remaining accessible for questions, inputs, and discussions. The staff advises the producer of declinations before notifying the insured. The agent is kept informed throughout the entire process.
